Fruit Tart recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups of biscuit mix.
¼ cup of sugar.
¼ cup of butter, softened.
3 oz (1 package) of cream cheese, softened.
1/3 cup of sugar.
1 teaspoon of vanilla.
1 cup of whipping cream.
1 pt of strawberries, halved.
1 cup of blueberries.
7 apricots, peeled and halved.
½ cup of apple jelly.

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Combine the biscuit mix and ¼ cup of sugar; then cut in butter until the mixture resembles small peas. Press firmly aud evenly on bottom and on sides of an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan or a fluted quiche pan.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until light brown; allow to cool.

In a small bowl, beat, on low speed, the cream cheese, 1/3 cup of sugar and the vanilla until smooth.

Add whipping cream; then beat on medium speed until stiff peaks are formed.

Spread over crust to within ¼ inch of edge.

Arrange the fruit in circles on the crust.

Heat the apple jelly over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Brush over the fruit.

Refrigerate for at least two hours.
