Apple Clafouti recipe

Ingredients:

4 cups of Rome apples, peeled and sliced.
1 ½ cups of whole milk.
4 medium eggs.
½ cup of all-purpose flour, sifted.
¼ cup of sugar.
1 ½ teaspoons of pure vanilla extract.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Use a 10-inch non-stick deep pie plate or spray the pan with vegetable pan-coating.

Arrange the apple slices evenly in pan.

Combine the milk and eggs using a blender or food processor.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend for 5 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the blender or food processor with a spatula and blend until ingredients are mixed together, about 30 seconds.

Spread the batter over the apples.

Bake for 60 minutes or until custard forms and inserting a toothpick comes out clean.

Serve warm.
